Quick and easy service

Easy to find the right food with all the nutritional information beside each bag, and easy as ABC for delivery, and got it on the day.

The delivery company tried to deliver stating unable to find address even with w3w and the fact they had delivered on numerous occasions before to my address. Vetsend customer service has been less than helpful with the situation and have now lost a customer. Shame as until I needed help I would have kept ordering from them, even if their prices are slightly inflated. Needing help and the help I received has led me to a now 1 star review. I always feel a company has to show it's true colours when help is needed and vetsend failed spectacularly!

I was pleased to find the Royal Canin cat kibble in 400g packs, since this is more suitable for the way my cat eats. The website was easy to use, and delivery was quick and efficient.

I am very happy with the product

Good things about this site were delivery was fast and finding products available on this site that were not sold anywhere else. Bad things were the use of Yodel as their delivery carrier, who left the parcel outside without even ringing the doorbell (someone was in), the fixed delivery fee (not even free delivery once a certain amount was reached - disappointing) as well as one of the products purchased was listed as not having sizes, but then what was delivered was of a "small" size implying that a larger product would have existed from the supplier.

Great service and speedy too

Purchased the Chuckit! Bucket met ultra ball - Medium - 8 balls. My Staffie is Ultra Ball obsessed so this was Excellent value for 8 balls (beat amazon price) and the bucket lid turns into a dog bowl so great for days out too. Vetsend were also excellent, great comms, arrived on time and well packaged. Very happy with my purchase. Thanks guys.

I still haven't received my order placed over 3 weeks ago so I am unable to rate this product. I contacted Vetsend when the order was late and recieved an instant reply. I was promised the order would be resent but nothing has arrived. Feeling sad.

Very pleased with the item that I bought and the price. Delivered to me very quickly, however, it would’ve been good to be a bit more clear that the item was being shipped from the Netherlands.

The prices are reasonable. The online ordering process was simple and easy and a confirmation email was received directly after the order was placed. Updates on delivery were given, postage was quick, and the items were very well packaged. I would highly recommend and definitely use this company again.
