Shocking company, will never order again. I spent over £55 on different brands of specialised wet food for my dog with kidney disease. They emailed 4 days later that there is one item out if stock so they are giving me a new date, which stated Unknown! Then a few days later sent me another email stating a date another week later. We're talking about food that you cannot just buy in a pet shop, it's specialised diet. I emailed them complaining and asking why they couldn't just send what they have in stock and then send the rest...And they CANCELLED my order! This company shouldn't offer anything that's for poorly or dying dogs!

Unfortunately, Spangles , who I only adopted 4 weeks ago, will only eat dry food, so the addition of this medication doesn’t please him. I will keep trying to find a wet food he will accept. Otherwise, thanks for your support.

Absolutely disgusting I ordered 4 bags of Versele laga food for my Cockatoo over 4 weeks ago.I didn't receive the order.I rang last week only to be told they only had 3 and were waiting for delivery of the other!! . I said I need it I hardly have any left please send 3....Today nearly a week later I received an email to say they were ready to be collected!! Not even sent yet.! I will never order from this incompetent lot again.

Absolutely shocking seller on Amazon. I ordered intensive care food for a ferret who is struggling to eat kibble, he needed a high density soft food. The wrong item was sent, and then instead of sending the correct item immediately the company decided to request a picture of what had been sent, and then to just refund me which can take upto 5 days, not to mention the 3 days it takes from ordering to being delivered. Vetsend just just condemned my ferret to death. Entirely unacceptable behaviour from a company who clearly doesn't care about an animals welfare. I am disabled and on universal credit, we are 2 days away from pay day and I cannot arrange anything until then as I simply don't have any money left. I will never recommend this company to anyone, and in good conscience I hope you read this before ordering anything from them.
