Awful company. I ordered some special renal food for my very poorly cat. Vetsend took my money. After over a week it hadn’t arrived so I called and spoke to a rude lady who told me it was out of stock. She told me I should have known because it says on the website. I had no idea it was out of stock because Vetsend never told me. It was certainly in stock when I ordered it. Besides, why take my money when you don’t have the product? Most importantly their failure has delayed my poorly cats special food. What an awful company. The advisor was unapologetic and hung up on me.

I have been waiting almost a month for a delivery from this website and it is constantly delayed. Also as they were so delayed I shopped around for the cat food I needed and found it for £6.45 instead of the £26.95 vetsend were charging (same product). Avoid vetsend.co.uk at all costs, use hyperdrug.co.uk instead, much cheaper and actually deliver!

I have never experienced such rude customer services in all my life. Apparently it was my fault that they allowed me to order and pay for food when they had none in stock ! All other outlets referred to having no stock thus not allowing me to order which is the correct way to run a business! I was told by the customer service lady that it was my fault and I just have to wait in a very very rude way! I was bluntly told ' then get a refund if your not happy in am aggressive tone I told her I thought she was very rude then she told me I was, I couldn't believe it! Then put the phone down ! I would never usually say anything but this particular lady was the rudest I've ever come across. I think that vetsend need a lesson in customer satisfaction!! Not happy and I'll never go back !!!!

I ordered some food the money came out of my account and then I received an email telling me that they hadn’t received payment. I was really annoyed and sent them a copy of my bank statement. I haven’t received the food yet and I will not be ordering again. Very unhappy

I would highly recommend ordering from this company. My order was delivered quickly and it was exactly as described on the website. Unfortunately I had to ask to return the product (my issue not a faulty product). Within an hour of requesting the return I had received a very helpful email and confirmation that my refund had already been processed. Very impressive

I ordered a large Beeztees 2-door dog crate in December. The crate arrived in an unsatisfactory condition—there were sharp and twisted edges, and the paint coating the wire frame was flaking off. I returned this item at the beginning of January but have still not received a refund.

Customer service at Vetsend is a complete waste of time. In desperation, we've repeatedly asked them for the details of their regulatory body - they refuse to provide this. I wonder why? We have no choice but to try to find out through asking at the RCVS & equivalent in the Netherlands, and any online forums we can find. They might respond to this in their usual way - saying to contact them but not giving any contact details. We've gone through this already and it's a waste of time. It would be more useful if they just put details of their regulatory body (but they probably won't as then other people would also know who to go to to complain).......Update - see reply - yes, I was quite right, they still won't give the details of their regulatory body, or a DIRECT person to contact. Odd that they have 'no record' of my complaint too, they have all the order details! Why the constant refusals to say who their regulatory body is? We've been through the so called 'Complaints Process' and its a waste of time - disinterested and don't address the questions. They've had plenty of opportunities to respond to our complaint - this is just playing for time.

Uso hace varios años este producto para mis mascotas con evidentes y excelentes resultados. En mi caso siempre lo he utilizado como coadyuvante en recuperaciones de cirugías ó enfermedades graves, también alguna vez para restablecer la salud de la piel y del sistema respiratorio, siempre con resultados mejores de lo esperado. Me sorprendió gratamente la rapidez del envío, teniendo en cuenta que lo pedí para España. Le doy 4 estrellas porque luego me dí cuenta que era la opción más costosa, para España es mejor pedirlo de la web de Bélgica.
