Fantastic service arrived really quickly
I bought four cat recovery suits. Two from another company and two from here. They were all bought to give to a cat charity after my daughter's cat borrowed one and it helped ease her pain enormously. My daughter had mentioned that the charity struggled with smaller sizes and sewed up the suits to help fit. So I bought four of the smallest sizes I could. The quality is fantastic as was the price. Really easy website to use. It is a product sometimes difficult to get hold of and you had it in stock and with me within 3 days of my order.
Order was made for a wounded working dog, on basis of 2-4 days deliver time. Order was confirmed on 1 DEC. On 14 DEC order was chased, and I was informed that consignment had been too badly damaged to be delivered, but that the courier had not reported this to VETSEND.

I am always happy with Vetsend, very fast despatch, good products and prices. “BUT” unfortunately they use Hermes courier service and on this occasion my order has been with Hermes since the 7th December disappointing, especially as the items are for my dog. I have had to order the items from another supplier and hope they don’t use Hermes.
