Items arrived wet and damaged so I threw the packaging in bin thinking I could still use the rescue remedy for my dog. Cleaned up the bottle and decided that it was not useable as I wasn't too sure whether it was rain water or what had wet the box. Two of the items were fine so I rang them to ask if I could return the two perfect ones and the water damaged item (without box as it was sodden) and a woman agree. Since then they have been extremely rude and unhelpful, I have had eye surgery so am unable to get to a courier pick up point and they have sent me a label which does not enable me to send it as there is no pick up option. Apart from that the label says Parcelforce and yet they are insistent that it is a Hermes label and started to get aggressive on the phone. I am going to report them to trading standards are they are not prepared to discuss the problem with me and she ended the call abruptly. I am astonished that a company can treat their customers so appallingly. I am sure no english company would treat their customers the way this dutch company do over the phones. Dreadful, do not use if you want to have a nice day!
