So far so good. The sports bag I bought is as described. I might return it as not sure I like it. That has nothing to go with the shop. However unable to score the return and refund id the service yet.

Hi very good service said the delivery would be 14 days it was with me in 4 days . All set up apart from fitting pedals and adjusting handle bars very easy . Charged battery then up and away. The gazelle bike is fantastic . I am awaiting replacement knee surgery and the walk through frame is brilliant . Well done to all the team at velorution 👍👍👍

Jason and Daniel were very helpful from day one. They advised on and reviewed my queries several times with patience and no fuss. I am glad I bought my bike at velorution branch in Chelsea.

Velorution were impeccable. Easy to contact, fast, friendly and helpful. Literally a first time buyers dream. Considering all of my communication was also done online, through their chat system and email, the entire interaction from beginning to end was seemless and fast. Highly recommended them. Special mention to "Adam" in the team, absolute legend!

Whilst we might be tempted to make internet-shopping decisions in price, I think customer service is much more important. I placed an order that the shipper apparently lost. They sent out tracking details but the package was lost somewhere in the system. Stuart in Customer Service called me, explained the issue and fixed it: he put another item in the post, via a different shipper and I received it within 48 hours - no qualms that I might receive two items and abscond - "we'll address that later..." he said. The day after I received the item, he followed up with email to confirm receipt. I'll be shopping Velorution again and again and again..... Thank you.

They ignore emails and lie about shipping times on their website. Helmet is great, but Thousand helmets are great and I could have bought it from anywhere, and and received a lot quicker! Slightly annoyed with myself that I didn’t just buy direct from Thousand.

Order a bell from the website…says takes up to 5 working days delivery it says…after 5 days no item nor message or update from them until I sent one regarding my item…did get a reply that they were extremely busy…still not good enough excuse…at least they should update me regardless rather than me thinking what happened to my order. Only 3 stars for me.

Easy to order, and order arrived very quickly. Only one thing I would say is that I wanted to buy 4 items, so I picked them from the website and put them in my basket. Only when I went to check-out did I note that only 3 items were available. Better to have an 'out of stock' message before selecting the item.

Wrong item sent out. I rang up straight, on line store number is a waste of time so rang one of the stores. They gave me a different number to ring. Got through guy was helpful enough. Said they would send correct item out once they received wrong item back from me. I have sent item back via with post office as instructed. I have had no communication on wether the item has arrived back at store I can for see having a nightmare getting this issue resolved as there online customers service is terrible. I’m sure if they get order correct their service is excellent. It’s the times when mistakes are made when you have to step up and show real customer service.
