Velorution the home of urban and electric bikes.
Great to purchase from but their service is terribly slow and there is no communication when there are delays. I've had my bike with them for repair for more than two weeks - very slow in my view and no reason given
Only sent part of my order. Emailed 3 X no response . Called 3 times no answer!! If I return I have to find the for the postage. Will not use again.
Bikes for pretentious ‘people’ sold by pretentious ‘people’
Everthing good with Velorution in London (so far!) , especially on communication ( email & telephone responses were quick and useful ) . Only 4 star because the Carbo S model was packed without the front mudguard, however this was soon corrected. Carbo S (folding ebike) runs well on hills and tyres do help with shock absorption on rougher surfaces. 20" wheels take a bit of getting used to. Need to fit a rear rack asap when available.
All went well.I ordered an item to be collected at my local store where the assistant was friendly and very helpful
If you have any issues and want return or exchange an item it is impossible to do. Customer service is not answering on emails etc. I bought expensive item and there is no customer support, they don't want to take a return or exchange or even just answer on a question. Waiting for their response for many days now. Avoid and shop at another place! Absolutely unacceptable and breach of consumer rights!
I had a similar experience as Ferdia Byrne. I got my Gazelle e-bike in January 2021, delivery no problem. Then I needed a repair and replacement part. I The part was ordered through the Chelsea shop where I bought the bike but the repair had to happen in the Islington workshop and I had to pick up the bike from there. I was told it would take about 3 weeks for the part to arrive. 3 months and several phone calls later I am still waiting. Every time I phoned they seemed not to know anything about the order and promised to call me back the following day. They never did. Whenever people comment on my e-bike (and this happens frequently) I share this experience. Velorution never again. My husband bought his e-bike elsewhere for this reason.
Good website, fast delivery, no quibble full return. Excellent customer service
I have already paid for the package, as well as postage, taxes, why did the courier company charge another 52 PLN?
Prompt delivery and the small Brompton metro bags are great.
Ordered Brompton toolkit for a price of £65.00. Paid £65.00 Received Brompton toolkit a few days later. Cosmic.
Arrived quickly and in perfect condition
Velorution delivered when no one could - I ordered Continental tyres for my new Brompton from London as I couldn’t source them from New York. Expedient and swift order and delivery.
Not much to say. I ordered two products, they arrived within a couple of days, as described. Five star service as far as I’m concerned.
Reliable and very sturdy bike. Work's perfectly .
Very disappointing first experience. I purchased some grips and the order was stuck in 'processing' for a few days. No responses to emails, instant messages and phone calls just told me that line was busy and then disconnected. Eventually, I had to get Klarna involved, only then did I get a response. I would have given one-star, but at least they admitted that they were understaffed. I still had to wait a few days before the refund was actioned though. In the end I got the products ordered, delivered and installed from Condor Cycles before Velorution even got back to me. We need all the good bike shops we can get at the moment. Hopefully Velorution will sort out their staffing problems soon.
I just have bought a bicycle from Velorution. The process was very easy. Delivered in 5 days. Everything looks great.
You quoted 14 working days for delivery so I was really surprised and pleased to receive my bike in less than a week. The carbo bike is truly amazing. I thought as a folding bike it would be a compromise but so far I cannot find fault. It is ideal for taking in the caravan.
I ordered two things that were to be delivered by Monday, 6 June. One of them was delivered by Saturday, 11 June. The other still hasn't arrived by Sunday, 12 June. Please be in touch with me
I bought a bike from them 18 months ago and the whole process was good. But that all changed afterwards when I had a problem and needed to get it repaired under warranty. I went back to the shop in Chelsea and was fobbed off saying the guarantee on electrics is only a year. So I went home and did my own research, the bike I bought had a 2 year warranty. When I contacted them, they were incredibly unhelpful, telling me to book it in with their Islington store and to make my own arrangements to get it there. When I spend several thousand pounds I expect better under a warranty. I guess they only care about making the sale.
