Whilst there was no direct friction the time delay between ordering and the receipt of goods was poor. The issue could have been better managed by keeping the customer informed throughout the process rather than the customer ringing for information/update. It was disappointing that a gift voucher was not included with the goods as this would have gone some way to address the poor service.
Was okay overall, dispatched the item quickly which was appreciated. Unfortunately was told a cheaper price for the item over the phone for store than advertised on the website, but I still had to pay the higher price. I found this disappointing and a bit inflexible.

Ordered a wheel from here, Islington branch, got it quickly, with recommendation for cheaper option. I wanted to fit the wheel myself, which I did but then encountered brake issues. After seeing me struggling the engineer came and helped me out, which was amazing. Really great service here. Can't recommend highly enough. Thanks guys. Will be back again to further upgrade my ancient bike!

I am very smitten with Velorution... have only used them once (maybe twice a long time ago) but was impressed with the professional website, the hip nature of their products including niche stuff like the item I bought: leather Ergon/Rohloff/Brooks grips (a fusion of my three favourite cycling component companies). I had a nose at their storefronts on google and the shops look awesome and was impressed by their bio and how open they are with info about their personal philosophies and the company. I wish them a happy productive future and hope that I have more reasons to buy from them! Cheers guys
