Never again! We bought a ticket from Vayama but in November my dad was not allowed to board Lufthansa due to COVID19 travel restrictions. It’s not that he was sick or missed the flight- just Lufthansa told him he cannot travel Now March 2021, we are still waiting a refund so we buy him a new ticket. This time, from somewhere else. Most likely, from a human being. Stay away from reseller sites like these. Book directly instead!

Last year July2020 I booked 2 tickets from india to USA with $2465and due to covid it got canceled since then i am contacting them for refunding my money and they continuously assured me through email that it has been delayed on Airline side. Today i contacted the Airline also and they told me that you have to contact the Vayama and then we will issue the refund. So look like Vayama already got my refund and they dont want to return it. So its a scam company so please dont book the ticket with them.

Would give zero stars if I could. We booked a European trip we had been saving for a long time back in February of 2020. We have four children so the tickets cost thousands of dollars. Of course, COVID hits and our tickets are cancelled. We are told that we will be refunded but there is a wait time of 60-90 days. I foolishly trusted them and waited. The refund of course never came through, they shut down their phone lines, and will not respond to emails. I finally get an email in OCTOBER 2020 saying we will have our money in 10 days. It never shows. I call my credit card company. They told me that they can only cancel charges if we call within 30 days (60 days MAX), and that companies know this, so them telling us to wait 90 days was just 100% fraudulent because they knew at that point there's nothing we can do on our end. What a horrible, horrible way to do business. DO NOT USE THEM. They now have thousands of our hard-earned dollars, and it's going to take us years to save for this trip again. What a disaster and seriously so heart breaking because I know we aren't the only ones with this story.

Booked a reservation with Vayama in March 2020. Flight was cancelled due to COVID and Vayama kept stating I will receive a refund but provided little to no information on my refund due for almost a year. Have given me nothing but the run around and now denying my legally entitled refund on a technicality of their choosing. Stay away from this company, worst experience ever with a travel company. Update: Placed a complaint with the US Dept of Transportation and once they got involved finally received my refund!

No hagan reservas, no hay donde contactarse, realicé pago y nunca llegó mensaje de reserva, pero para quitar dinero se fue inmediato, no hay un número de teléfono ni responden correos!

The are thieves! I canceled my trip during the aummer with them several times. They NEVER contacted the airline and I was a no show. I have been asking them for a refund for 5 months and they keep saying it’s covid and it takes longer. I called COPA and they NEVER received a refund request!!! Today they sent an email saying the request was denied!!! They are a scam!!!!

Complete scam!! DO NOT BOOK they will just take your money. Paid $1400 for a flight to Greece and when the country was not letting Americans in the country they took my money and didn't refund. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH VAYAMA

I booked a flight to Zürich over a year ago for my son and I. Because of Covid our flights got canceled in June. I'm happy to say that we got our money back a few days ago. It took a long time, but I couldn't believe when I saw our refund in the bank account! I almost gave up!

Can I give negative stars -5 to this company? This company shouldn’t exist. My ticket was cancelled for April 30th. I tried to contact Vayama but these people were not available not phone or email for several months. Somehow I connected with them today they said they already replied to me on my email that I never received. Now they are saying I need to contact the airline for refund where the airline doesn’t want to take the responsibility since the ticket were booked through agent. That means no body is responsible for the refund ($900) but it will cost only the passenger. Customer service representative was a lair and arrogant. They don’t even care about negative reviews , he said go ahead and post it. This company took advantage of this whole COVID situation to loot money from their customers. They aren’t realising this but this will be end of there business. I’ll never ever choose Vayama for any service.

My experiece is really similar to other posts here. I booked a ticket through Vayama. KLM cancelled the flight with 6 hours notice. I was already checked in etc. The new flight would have had me miss a connection (by 10 hours), so I booked an alternate at over 300€ cost, notifying both the airline and Vayama that I would be seeking a refund (not a change). This is a really simple situation entitling me to a refund (no force majeur etc). They are bouncing me to the airline and the airline saying my contract is with Vayama (which is intuitively correct as far as I am concerned). Handing over to my solicitor - I care way more about the principle than the 300€ cost of the ticket, but I'm damned if I'm letting this go. Happy to be the grumpy old guy with time on his hands here, I hate being robbed which is what this is.

The worst company I have ever had to deal with. Informed me it would take up to 3 months to process my refund. Contacted them again and they said it could take up to a further 15 days. However it has been nearly 5 months and they have not refunded my money or responded to any of my further emails. They are just out right liars and there company should be done for fraud.

As others have experienced, Vayama is a terrible company. They are refusing to refund me $1400 for a cancelled flight. The airline has already verbally confirmed to me that I am entitled to it, but Vayama refuses to process the refund after having first told me they were applying for it. They will ignore you and lie to you when they can no longer ignore you. Just deal directly with the airline and not these scammers.

Realicé la compra de un tiquete ida y vuelta, resulta que me descontaron el valor de mi cuenta pero apareció un mensaje de error, no tuve viaje, no he recibido mi dinero, nadie responde, envío correos que no se si revisan, no me los responden..., les aconsejo con base en mi experiencia en no comprar con Vayama

Scam, I called the airline , airline told me to contact Vayama, I called Voyama, no answer,emailed them , they responded airline will process the refund directly , asked me to contact airline. Then I called airline again, same answers . Ask me to call Vayama, 11 times on the road like this. Now I realize. Vayama doesn’t want to refund.

Compre unos tiquetes de Cali a la isla de San Andres con escala en Bogotá ida y vuelta, en los vuelos de ida no se presento ningún inconveniente, sin embargo al regreso el vuelo de Isla de san Andres a Bogotá presentaban la misma hora de abordaje que mi vuelo de Bogota a Cali, hable con la linea aerea Viva Air y me indico que la agencia Vayama hizo el cambio a ultima hora, ya que el itinerario inicial mostraba una programación adecuada para realizar la conexión. Debido a este cambio, tuve que comprar nuevamente boletos de Bogotá a Cali, quise comunicarme con esta agencia y no contestan. La experiencia fue desagradable, es lamentable que las líneas aéreas trabajen con este tipo de agencias y luego se laven las manos diciendo que nos comuniquemos con ellos. Es lamentable que estafadores como estos sigan aprovechándose de la gente,anoche compre 2 tiquetes y estos gran desgraciados sinvergüenzas ladrones por que eso es VAYAMA ladrones y mil veces ladrones,mi banco les pago y estos estafadoresnunca envió la reserva,ojalas que el Covic los agarre
