Proper firm ordered new van vault lock turned up 1 day later
Very good product and prompt delivery service , One thing I under estimated was the actual wheight of the product 60 70 kg , going to cost three four miles per gallon on fuel when fitted in my van. May I suggest making them ourt of aluminium or carbon fibre That would be much better . Mr M j Clark
Still have items that are no good and not fit for purpose. I ordered dividers and even though they are branded the same name, they did NOT fit. Eventually after SEVERAL emails, I have possibly received a refund. Overall the buying experience was a little stressful but my main concern is that they said they would rectify this problem and get back to me which they did NOT. But they did get back to trustpilot as soon as they saw the review to try and get it changed. This is all fact and honest review of my experience.

Great service
Recently purchased replacement locks for my van vault topper. Accidentally ordered the wrong ones so contacted van vault who arranged the correct locks to be sent out FOC. Really impressed with this level of customer service.

Very strong & secure vault Absolute peace of mind now this is in my van. I have my test equipment, Milwaukee tools all safe from theives! As well as screwing mine to the deck, I also used silicone... it’s going nowhere!

Software glitch delayed the delivery but customer care team were excellent and sorted the issue immediately I notified them The Slider is now installed and works a treat. Wish I had bought one when I bought the van and not struggled on with loose tools scattered across the floor

Van Vault slider ordered Sunday evening and delivered Tuesday! Now securely fitted in the van. Heavy item so get some help, unfortunately one of the roller bearings was off so had to remove the drawer to refit it, all the others were tightened to different amounts so somebody needs retraining and possibly a torque wrench ! Didn't report to the company as I needed it fitted and working straight away so if van vault read this now they know...
