Really needed these to fit the Tube on the New Van as I bent the others, Only annoyance was came in a Ripped jiffy bag! poor packaging, but could well be down to Delivery Driver!

I was promised my order in 48hrs from my order date. I have received no product or any information from van vault. It’s been two weeks and my emails and calls have been ignored. The service is nothing short of disgraceful. Do not order from Van Vault.

I ordered a van vault xl - paid for it . Then got told they didn’t have one. Van vault didn’t have a van vault in stock ???!!! Couldn’t write it. Asked for a refund. Nothing happened for over a week. Then had to chase them. Still waiting for money to be returned.
Great product delivered next day
Let me order two sliders for next day delivery. Five days on still not delivered. Decided to call and was informed they are out of stock for a few months. Refund took ages.

I paid for next day delivery and got a confirmation email to say they were dispatched and the item turned up 3 days later, I thought I was buying direct and not through a 3rd party company. Upon ringing up I was not impressed with the sales service as they told me I would have to email in explaining the situation to be refunded the carridge, disgusted to say the least, especially when you have my details as I paid from the same account
