Ordered 2 van vault locks on 6th Oct for next day delivery. Still waiting, 20th Oct now. Emailed them to ask what's going on and got a standard reply saying its due to Covid. Sorry not buying that excuse. Very poor
Goods received on time as promised.
Had order confirmation but no item nearly a week later! rang multiple times with nobody knowing what's going on, they're all blaming covid (the ultimate excuse these days) customer services not accepting calls and taking 7 days to respond to emails. Avoid at this present time!

Ordered a van vault on a Tuesday at 11am, received an email the next day to say it had been shipped. Friday that week came and I had not received anything so on Monday the next week I phoned them only to be told that they were out of stock and I was on a waiting list that could take a few weeks. No communication to notify me of this or that my order wasn't really shipped
Over two weeks since I placed my order and despite it supposedly being next day delivery, I’m yet to receive it. Also, I haven’t received an update, reason or apology for the delay.
Although there was a problem with the delivery of my purchase, totally not van vault’s fault, I can rate this company five stars, when I rang to query the arrival the gentleman I spoke to was so helpful and courteous and quickly sorted the problem out. Thank you Van Vault 😊
Fantastic quality locks excellent service fast delivery highly recommended also both sets of keys work both locks so I only have to carry one excellent

Delivered the next day as promised. The Tech spec never tell you how it locks to the plate, so was surprised to find it is another lock on the side using the same key to remove the whole thing tools and all. It all feels well made. Happy customer.

Absolutely horrendous dont buy one you think your tools are secure well they ent my lock was playing up so I thought I'd see if my 5mm finger trowel would open it and it did 1 minute an I was in pretty horrendous when u think how much you pay for them

Only received half my order and have been given no information as to why the other item has not arrived or when I should expect it. Order was place two weeks ago now.
They do not stock the old style locks and although the new style locks appear identical they are conveniently a slightly different profile so will not fit the 'old style' Van Vaults. If you're old style lock breaks the vault is useless.
