The Van Vault Tipper I bought does exactly what I need it to. The only thing that let tge service down was that the fastenings for bolting it to the inside of my van were missing when it was delivered.

I had the van vault slim slider which is a great piece of space saving kit but the keys are rubbish and one of my work lads snapped it in the lock! It took 2hours to drill the lock out with a professional locksmith he tried fishing other part of key out first to no avail, anyway once we gained access to change the lock it’s literally just a 70mm padlock that locks it with anti drill face but you cannot purchase the exact lock the drawer comes with even from van vault site!

My van vault stacker turned up slightly damaged and only one key attached to handle on opening it was stiff and out of alignment so I called customer service and they was helpful, going to send a replacement and collect the damaged one. I decided to take vault apart and found a box with keys in jammed under the runner obviously causing the problem. On the next working day I called to advise that I will keep the vault so cancel the return and I pay for the replacement item and I’ll keep as I like the product the lady had no record of a collection and no vault had been re-shipped, did not have a clue and was far from helpful so my original one would never of been collected and a replacement never sent.

just what I needed for my van, very safe and sturdy and delivered very quickly

Bought a Castor Wheels Set and a 5-lever Lock Twin Pack and haven't got it delivered yet. After 4 emails and 5 phone calls, after I got 2 confirmations that the delivery will get in 2 to 3 working days, after I got told that the products were not in stock while receiving the email confirmation that the delivery will be in 2 to 3 days, after all there I haven't received my order. Judge it yourselves. I'd rate it 0 stars if that would be possible.

It’s okay but the one drawer is not that big probably get about to drill cases in there at push and you need to have room to put it out

Had a order problem and when van vault became aware they couldn’t of done anymore to resolve and help. Felt like I was there number 1 priority with a phone call at 8:01 Monday morning, the problem was sorted in minutes. 5 star service.

Ordered a van vault 2 + castor set direct with van vault. Box turned up, happy with the product. No castors. I called & was told they have been picked & will be delivered by end of week. Didn’t turn up. Called again following week, told they are still picked & i will have them that week! No castors. Emailed but got no response. Called again only to be told they have no castors & im better off going somewhere like screwfix to buy some!!! Following the phone call, the previous email was replied to, stating i will receive a credit as they have no castors. Van vault credited the cost of castors but didn’t include the VAT in the credit & I had to find some from elsewhere. Very poor!!

Bought a new lock for my vanvault 2 lock arrived but won't fit as new lock is about 5mm thicker so lock holder won't slide back onto the studs. Would have sent back but says for the van vault 2 and mine is a 2 ! Going to drill and fit a hasp.
