Customer communication was very good, it was easy to get hold of somebody, but after ordering and not receiving the item for this vet a week, I rang to ask where it was and was told it would be at least another 4 days, as they were very busy (which I can understand atm) was told I would get a tracking number and a call before it goes out for delivery and was told it would get delivered by ups, I got a call the next morning saying it was at my door and the driver needed a lift with it, I was at work as being told it would be 4 days and hadn’t been shipped yet. Very easy to get hold of customer services and can’t fault the product at all, just communication was poor.

How can I write a review on a product I haven’t received. I ordered three weeks ago and still no emails about despatch, and no response to my email regarding tracking. Phone number provided is also a waste of time just on hold constantly. Poor customer service.
Delivery was on time. The driver was helpful, as I wasn’t in when it arrived but he called me and we arranged an alternative. The product was very well packaged. Haven’t opened it as I’ll be fitting it this weekend, so can’t comment on the product yet, but if it’s as good as the service I received then I’ll be very happy indeed.

Still not been delivered and have been provided no tracking detail or any indication that my order is being delivered. When I ordered said would be next day dispatch. This was last weekend.
How can you ask for a review without the customer receiving anything yet ??
Quality product. easy to fit with the bolts supplied to make sure its solid and bolted to the van floor. very solid and seems to keep my tools very safe. looks good too.

Never received item when I chased this up they couldn’t find my order , after sending copy of order they said the item was now out of stock and would return my money , no apologies very poor service
