I have recently bought a Refurbished Laptop from Val-U-Computers and so far I am very impressed with it, it's in excellent condition one blemish on the top that you will never see, and you could always cover it up with a laptop sticker, it works perfectly and the one I have is more powerful that my last desktop PC. I have had to do a lot of updates but that's Windows for you. Never thought about refurbished computers until someone recommended it, now I will buy them from Val-U-Computers from now on.

Initially excellent response to question regarding provision of HDMI adaptor cable. Was promised adaptor when computer shipped. When it didin't arrive the missed item was promptly shipped. Well done. BUT request for missing recovery media (sent twice) has so far resulted in apology but no sign of item. So sorry, only 4 stars. The missing recovery disc has now arrived - so it's up to nearly 5 stars.
Excellent customer services. I accidentally paid twice for a computer and within a matter of hours Val-U-Computers telephoned me to tell me and to correct the order. They immediately refunded the amount without question. The computer arrived securely and is in very good condition, exactly as described and working superbly. I would highly recommend this company.
