Jeg har været i to butikker, for at købe Cassini lampen, som er nedsat fra 2899 kr. til 870 kr i en rabatkodeavis FK Distribution, som kom med posten. Begge butikker havde ikke lampen til den lave pris, selv om de solgte jeres varer ? Så det endte med, at jeg købte en lampe fra et andet firma, da jeg ikke handler på nettet. Hvorfor har butikkerne, ikke fået det tilbud?

Ich habe einen Stuhl mit hoher Lehne (The Reader) samt Ottoman und Beistelltisch (Hang Out) erworben. Das Ensemble hat einen sehr schönen Platz erhalten und ist sofort zum Blickfang geworden. Der Stuhl soll ein Solitär bilden, weil es bei ihm gerade nicht um Konversation geht. Zum Lesen ist er ideal geeignet. Ich freue mich über diesen besonderen Ort in der Wohnung. Ich sitze darauf sehr gut und kann sehr entspannt lesen. Ich genieße es auch, dies alles anzuschauen und kann die Qualität nur in höchsten Tönen loben! Danke UMAGE! Die Lieferung ging erstaunlich schnell. Die drei Teile füllten eine kleine Palette. Es entsteht relativ viel Papiermüll. So ist das eben. Die Verpackung war aber hervorragend.
I purchased a cabinet from Umage recently, but it arrived in a defective condition. It’s missing a part thus the cabinet door cannot open and close properly. Contacted the customer service to resolve the issue and I currently awaiting for their response. Will update later.
Truly terrible service. Back in March, I ordered a day bed that was supposed to be shipped within 3 business days. My card was immediately charged. But two weeks later, still no news about my order's delivery. I contacted customer service but they did not offer any help, just asked for the order number that I included in my inquiry to which they responded. Not even an attempt to help. Stay away!
Simple, fast service. Beautifully designed and well-made product shipped all the way to Ireland from Denmark without delay. Easy assembly means we were sorted within minutes with minimal fuss. Really happy we did not fall for the Irish retailer who was going to add a mark up and also quoted six-eight weeks for delivery of the same product. Ordered direct from Umage and the whole thing took two weeks total. Thanks for the great service and product.
Bought "reader chair". And also the feet rest. Very happy with the products. But, for unknown reasons, the delivery company did not want to deliver at my door, although there is an elevator!

Good products but poor customer service. After two weeks they have found out that the 2 of the items I have ordered were out of stock.The items were available on the site for week after my order.
We bought different feather lamps and everything was right. Good quality and a good price. Lovely packed. Only one thing was out of stock, unfortunately it should have been a birthday present. It was sent by GLS and I wanted to change the delivery date. It was impossible, the necessary input of the postal code did not work and another link came only in danish. Nevertheless 5 Stars because of good goods and uncomplicated!
Fortsetzung zur letzten Bewertung: Habe jetzt die kleinere Variante der Tischlampe, also Asteria Move erhalten und bin zu 100 % damit zufrieden. Also wieder eine klare Kaufempfehlung von meiner Seite.

I have 6 lamps from Umage and will continue to buy from this brand. I love how they elevate the look of a corner or a space, and the materials are of high quality. Most of all, customer service is superb. I mistakenly bought a canopy instead of a swag kit for my anthracite lamp and the customer service replaced it at no cost to me and let me keep the canopy. I’m so happy I have a canopy to use in the future for another Umage piece. Thanks Umage!

Expérience catastrophique avec Umage. Le service client a été mauvais du conseil au traitement de la commande ! Un mois re galère et à ce jour le problème n’est pas réglé. Je pense même que ça va durer encore et encore. Un seul conseil: fuyez le site Umage. Si vous voulez une de leurs créations, passez par un revendeur qui a son propre service clients. Et je complète : aujourd'hui 1er mars, aucune nouvelle du remboursement! Même le retour chez Umage et sa prise en charge ne sont pas notifiés.On ne sait pas si le processus est en cours ou non. Le service client vous répond que cela va être fait, mais dans 2-3 semaines, ce qui est inadmissible quand on sait que l'erreur vient de ce même service client. C'est vraiment un site que je ne recommande pas du tout. Si je pouvais même enlever une étoile je le ferai. Commande N°1090 du 27/01/2023 La commande vient d’être remboursée. C’est quand même très long vous en conviendrez, surtout que le départ de ce problème relève d’un mauvais conseil du service client et non d’une erreur de commande de ma part uniquement. C’est réglé, c’est l’essentiel.
