I received my items fast

I purchased the Carmina lamp before the rebranding, when they were Vita Copenhagen. I returned to their shop for replacement parts as the shades broke during moving to a new home. The whole process was easy, the delivery was fast, the price was great. The wildflower seeds in the package were a pleasant surprise.

Beautiful product, great service. I purchased my lamp shade from Spain and had it in less than 5 days. Beautiful and flawless packaging and wonderful product. I’ll buy a couple more soon.

The furniture is pleasing to the eye and well made. It is very intelligently and safely packed to avoid damage during shipping. One minor complaint: The holes for the the lid of my "One More Look" mirror cabinet were drilled on the wrong positions, but a handyman can easily fix that. In total, I am very happy with my new cloak room furniture.

El producto recibido se ajustaba a la oferta en la web, en donde se explicaba la concordancia de distintos productos (pie de lampara/pantalla/bombilla). Muy fácil la comunicación durante la compra teniéndote permanentemente al tanto de los tiempos en la salida del producto así como el tracking con la empresa de trasporte. Además el embalaje no solo perfecto sino además con estilo :) Y de premio semillas de flores silvestres! Un bonito detalle.

I bought items on the 30th of August. Umage doesn’t give information about the delivery date. Now on the 9th of september, they still only say that the order will be delivered.

High quality Nordic design Great website and overall a very good online shopping experience. Shipping from Denmark to Italy was a bit bumpy, but I got the tracking number and confirmation pretty quickly after the purchase. I think the problem was more with the carrier. Change the carrier. I'm already planning to buy some additional lamps and furniture because I like designer and minimalism.

Umage delivered what they promised. The webshop showed clearly what pieces I need for my Forget me not lamps and an instruction video showed how to put the lamp together. Delivery was very fast. And the lamps are so so beautiful!!

This is my third purchase from Umage, I previously bought two Carmina lamp shades. I am completely in love with all three products. From the design itself, to the attention to detail, from the ease and fun of assembly, to the delightful packaging and accompanying message. AND all this for a very acceptable price. Un produit commandé et payé en décembre 2022 ... mais jamais reçu. J'ai envoyé cinq ou six messages de réclamation, depuis 8 mois, aucune réponse. Donc un service commercial absolument mauvais - ou volontairement sourd ? -. Il aura fallu ce mauvais avis publié pour que ENFIN qqun me contacte ... et me confirme que c'est EUX qui n'avaient jamais "activé" le paiement par carte que j'avais pourtant effectué. Donc leur faute, ils m'ont proposé le même article à 50% en dédommagement - de près d'un an d'attente ...
