I bought a DeWalt jigsaw in a stacking case, it came without a moulded plastic insert for holding the jigsaw securely when not being used, I phoned up to complain, only to be told that particular case came without an insert, & it was written further down the description, but the manager said he would send me one free of charge, Wow! When my order arrived one item was missing and that arrived a few days later. Most annoyingly one of the batteries was dead already so had to return it. Still not heard if new one has been shipped yet. However customer service when I called was very good. Its a shame because the delivery was prompt and prices were good.
