Fast delivery and well packaged
I purchased a Bosch 18v 5.Ah battery for my DIY Bosch tools. I checked the specification. When it arrived it came in a blue box (I was expecting a green box) and turns out it is only for Bosch professional power tools. To be fair, UK power tools didn't quibble and sent me a paid-for return label and refunded me within three days of receiving it. But the website still doesn't warn you this is only for professional tools, in fact there is no reference in the description of any of the batteries which tools it is suitable for.

The tool was delivered on time by a very polite driver. The tool is brilliant it’s easy to change the blade with no tools required and it’s a pleasure to use. It’s also a lot quieter than i expected it to be.
