Ordered two Dewalt TSTAK tool cases. Was sent two cases from kits that they had clearly broken down to sell separately. Not bothered about them doing that, except the cases had moulded plastic inserts to fit the kit, and were therefore no use to me. **Update** I ordered them from Amazon (a shop that isn't under your name but clearly is you given the label on the box, the invoice and the returns address) - they were listed as DeWalt DWST1-70703 TSTAK II Power Tool Storage Twin Pack T4TKIT-842 complete with pictures which shows the empty tool boxes with no inserts...
Excellent product
My was defective. I sent it back last Friday. You received the defective tool this Monday. But noone reply to tell me when you send me the replacement tool.

Firstly and most important the price was right. Next day delivery was spot on.
Still not received had to pay postage as company never paid correct postage
I tried planet tools for the first time recently, the item i purchased was very well priced, only snag was the item I got had a promotional item with it that never showed up in my basket as it was supposed to, so I phoned customer services next day and they promptly dealt with the issue, 5 stars from me and planet tools will be my "go to" for tools online in future, highly recommended, and planet tools if you get to read my review, great doing business with you, and thank you so much for an excellent service, and look forward using you again on my next purchase.
