Dean checked the system showing that there were issues with sludge and then talked through a suitable package to fix it. Kelvin and Tim came today and have made a really good job of sorting out the heating and making it fit for purpose, including working round my son who works from home. A great team.

They did the work they came to do,but left and I had no hot water. Telephoned the company who said they would come back next day to sort it out. Nobody came back so I had to call a plumber the next day who sorted it out for me.
What a difference, I needed to speak to Malcolm, to clarify some points, I sent a email, to the office, and revived, a phone call back,in minutes, they said they would contact him, and that he would come back to me, this he did,almost immediately. The installation team, what can I say. so skilled, quick and efficient, showed me everything they did, explained everything, my system is now working better than it ever did. THANK YOU LADS
