What mechanism do you have to prevent your business users from defrauding the customers ? We got scammed for almost $200. Us by a cab driver in Sydney using your tap and go ap. You claim to have no responsibility. Yet it’s your system and you paid the dishonest bloke.

is no help if an emergency for is help you have to leave an email and wait 1 week one no one ever call you back? I am not happy with Xero custom servis
My first contact with the merchant serves provider was quick efficient and clear information. Creating the account worked well. That was where the possessive interaction stopped. Could not log into the app, spend 40 min on the phone to get it sorted. Tyro emails that worked fine before suddenly stopped working. According to them my email system was to blame but all the other emails came thru FINE. Had to prompt them to send the card reader. Try to use the card reader but it keep telling me to look at my phone. Try to lock into the website to see if I can find information to make the card reader read the cards. Could not log in. Tried to reset the password was not receiving the emails. Called customer NO service. Long story short received 8 email all at the same time 30min after I told them to cancel and close the account. Notable that the person responding to this did not read the entire review. The account was terminated!

I currently have a line of credit with the loan department with you guys it’s fine, but I’ve requested a couple times for a phone call to work out some final details and no one actually gets back to me or phones me even when I leave message otherwise you have all stars it’s actually amazing little set up
