It was easy to manage

After a month of calling countless times and spending hours on hold I still was not provided with the instructions needed to set up my machine for health fund claims. They connect you so you can take payments (and give them a cut) but they don't give you any help to set up the private health fund claiming. Presumably because there are no fees for them to collect for those transactions!!! They obviously have been trained to talk to you like they are your best mate but they also clearly have not been trained to know how to handle any issues you may have. After spending an entire month calling tyro customer service, having my emails ignored and misinterpreted by Daniel Mansutti (acting sale manager) and being promised a call back from the Health team on multiple occasions, I just was told that not a single call back request had been passed through to the appropriate department. After an entire month of calling again and again, waiting on hold for hours and being dealt with by people that had no idea what to tell me, I was unable to talk to or email the appropriate department that could help me to set up the machine properly. The impression I get is that this is a toxic company, probably run by a psychopath. Save your energy and avoid tyro.

Irritating that you can't transfer on a weekend or after 7pm but it's a minor detail. Also wouldn't waste your time with the square device I've had two and both have not worked. In a whole I don't mind tyro
