They cold call companies who are registered on the TPS. This is against the Data Protection laws in the UK Tritility - stop doing it.
This company is an absolute shambles with no aftercare service and conveniently no record of emails or calls when needed. Everyone seems to be in a meeting when you call. Avoid at all costs, there are much better companies out there to deal with than these Monkeys.
Since using Tritility, our account manager David Whitehead has been fantastic. If there is a query or issue with any of our utility accounts, David jumps straight onto it with a view to resolving things asap.
After initial contact from Phil, Andrew Dawson took on our quotes and was probably the most informative and patient broker I have dealt with. He answered all my questions and worked hard to get the best quotes that he could in the current climate. While we didn't go with Tritility this time, we will certainly be contacting them again in the future. I recommend anyone looking for business utilities give these guys a call for transparent and friendly service.
Over the past 2 months the I've regularly been in touch with Dave Whitehead to discuss various aspects of our contract with Drax. He has always been polite and professional with every question I ask no matter how trivial it maybe. If I have a deadline he has ensured that I've got the relevant answer on time or provide s an appropriate explanation of he is unable to provide a full answer.
Thanks Tritility for once again being given a very short timeline to look to onboard 9 schools water requirements. Michael Gates was able to request all information, from multiple water retailers check what discounts could be found, and pulled a few favours to hold prices after the increase in April. Once again can’t fault the commitment, speed, and willingness, to go the extra mile to help. Thank you, Michael, and the Tritility team.
From first contact, Tritility have been upfront, friendly and helpful. Michael Gates, Sam Butcher and Alex Barker have all played their part in making Kocher and Becks lives easier. Water costing and contracts, energy and gas, not forgetting giving us access to there dashboard Energy monitoring System. I have seen month on month reduction in our energy costs, by simply using the this bit of kit. The Energy monitoring system is easy to use, can be accessed remotely and helps to pin point when we should be using energy. So far this year we have seen a reduction of 8% usage. The continued support of the admin team have taken metre readings so we only pay for what we use. Well done Michael, Sam and Alex. Job well done. 5 stars.

I have worked with Lewis McCarroll in getting competitive renewal quotes for our nurseries. Lewis has come up with the best rates on a number of occasions which we signed up for. Lewis was also very helpful with any queries I had.
I am always a bit suspicious of approaches from companies expressing they can save money on utilities and such like. However, the approach from Lewis McCarroll at Tritility was so personable and non pushy that I listened and was willing to work with Lewis to see if we could save some costs for my nursery/pre-school business. I would say that it was was Lewis's manner that made THE difference to my attitude towards the approach from Tritility. In turn we discussed our current position and then Lewis provided several options (and good advice) for me to consider the best way forward with regards out utility provider. We will make a good saving from our current provider as a result of Lewis's input. I would highly recommend that you take 15 minutes out of your day to have an initial chat with Lewis. It could save you a decent amount of money on your utilities.

After 2 years of fighting in our corner for extra charges from the water wholesaler, Michael Gates (Water expert) has managed to reclaim over £100,000 pounds from excessive billing since 2021. It may have taken nearly 24 months, but Michael has stuck to his word and won in our favour. Thanks again Michael, job well done!

Open, honest and straightforward - initial contact was made by Josh, just as I was having problems with an alternative supplier. Having explained the issues, they were extremely helpful in securing a better suited, much more cost effective contract. Andrew followed up with Josh and subsequently both together gave me advice. Nice to meet a company which genuinely wants to assist the client and not just sign them up to a contract paying the largest commission.
