I deal with Claire Tempest, any queries that I have are always dealt with promptly and efficiently, from over charging Electricity suppliers to changing electrical tariffs when in contract! Problems/Issues always sorted due to Claire's persistence with the supplier. Alway a pleasure to speak with the forever cheerful Claire.

Simon Green was extremely helpful; he spent a long time on the phone going through everything. He was very patient. Kept in contact and sent documents through very quickly. He managed to get a much better price for gas than we were paying. Will be changing electricity suppliers with Simon as soon as I am able to do so!
We deal with Michael Morgan, and any query that we have is always dealt with promptly and efficiently. He has been dealing with our Electricity supplier who had overcharged us . The problem was our data was not being updated to our supplier and so we were getting estimated bills. This has finally been sorted out, due to Michaels persistence.
Tritility managed our water rates provising us with a new supplier. Our consultant, MIchael Gates was positive, helpful and informative. Not pushy and helped us to get the best deal for the business.
A massive thank you to Callum & Harry for sorting my business gas & electric contracts out. The process was explained in clear terms and I was made to feel at ease as the pricing is unfortunately astronomical due to the government neglecting the industry and not putting appropriate price caps in place. The contracts I now have are the best on the market & I am truly grateful 🙏 Until the government put proper measures in place, we as a country will truly sink! Getting a good deal on the price of Electric is hard in the current climate but Chloe was extremely helpful and made the whole job of changing energy suppliers quick, easy and saved a lot on the price of our renewal, I would highly recommend Tritility!

Working with Erin and Harry in October 21 has paid dividends. Not only did they help me understand everything, they sourced great deals for our 6 gas and electricity contracts, that we are below the Government threshold for the Energy Bill Relief Scheme. I know they will be looking out for the best deals for when my contracts need renewing, and that takes a lot of pressure off our small charity in this current financial climate.

Dealt with Andrew first and then Anya . Got a far better deal than with my previous long term supplier. Anya had to make several calls to get the contract pushed through before the deal was withdrawn and walked us through what to do step by step. Very happy with this level of customer service.
