He quickly resolved a long stand payment problem with our electric contract and obtained a suitable new contract. Also obtained a refund on the water contract which had been long overdue. Working with Tritility and luka Johnson has really helped us, a saving on our next electricity renewal and currently working with us to help lower our vat to correct amount. Alex also helped with luka to give us ideas on how to reduce our consumption. So far so good with tritility.

Tritility put me on 5 year deals in 2022 and advised this was the best thing to do as prices will increase until 2030 but as it turns out they just wanted to line their own pockets. Fast forward a year and I'm currently paying DOUBLE what the current market is. I'm currently working with consultants to find a legal way out of my 3 contracts. Shame on you.
Our charity was adversely affected by an excessive amount taken by Direct Debit from our bank account by Total Energies. Due to the tenacity and dedication of Chloe Simpson, Senior Accounts Manager at Tritility the money has now been refunded. She kept us informed of the progress of our complaint every step of the way. When it comes to resolving issues, she is a star and a great asset to Tritility.
