I had a call out of the blue from Josh putting Tritility forward and due to having suffered previously from other companies like Tritility I was immediately on guard. Cannot recomment Scott Robson enough. Really understanding and didn't try to push anything. Honest from the get go and understood our business requirements, We had previously decided not to use brokers as I found most were not transparent and were pushy, this is not the case with Tritility. I dealt with Callum Edwards , always very helpful , responsive and polite . Often brokers can be very pushy and use aggressive sales techniques to force you into a contract that’s not in your best interest. Callum was the opposite, I would have no hesitations recommending Callum or Tritility . Callum dealt both with my commercial and domestic requirements.
