Excellent service from start to finish. I dealt with Corey Wade from Tritility. He continually kept me updated with any market fluctuations and found the best rates for both my Gas and Electricity than other sites/brokers. I would highly recommend using them.

Not our first time using Energy Consultants, but the first time using Tritility. The recent energy market has been volatile and uncertain, however Harry has guided us through with professionalism, a wealth of knowledge, patience (with my never ending questions) and good humour. Great customer service and great communication. I highly recommend both Harry and Tritility.

This company sent agreements to me with the wrong details for me to sign. They changed the gas supplier to the wrong company despite me informing them on several occasions they had the details wrong. Have emailed and spoken anthony potts x 4 who always promises to ring you back the next day and never does. Quick to get your business, useless at sorting out when there is a problem.

Set my business energy supply up with Total Energy Gas and Power who in turn failed to provide bills or collect direct debits despite being provided with info/installing smart meters. Nearly a year on and the mess continues. Calls that were promised never happened across both parties. A complete feeling of frustration. Will be reporting Tritility AND Total to the ombudsman/regulators in the hope that our contract will be declared null and void enabling us to move on. Hard lesson learned!

I spoke with a lovely gentleman called Harry who was very helpful and informative and very personable. I felt I was listened to and he understood exactly our needs and felt at ease throughout, I only wish there were more Harry's out there, no pressure and very professional. nothing was to much trouble, he has left a very lasting impression, keep up the good work Harry you truely are one in a million, a very big thank you.

Very thorough and diligent company who are helping us to restructure as a charity our utility bill approach. Everyone that I spoke to were competent and helpful; two individuals in particular that were super helpful were Stephen and Cassandra. Would definitely encourage anyone looking at their utility contracts to include them in their short list of companies to speak to.

Weeks on since my first contact with Tritility and still without a new agreed contract or rates for my gas and electric supply. Initially dealing with Luke MInchella then Jonny Hedley, both times left waiting for an update. I can confirm that I have had no contact since the last email on the 14/12/2022 Hi David, Our pricing from suppliers has been pulled. Once this has come back, I will be able to price for you. After a few conversations with Michael Gates and a burst water main, he managed to help reduce our Water cost and advise next steps. Michael has also given invaluable information when our current supplier Avanti pass all their customers to British Gas. Honest and reliable; 5 star from us.
