Charley McGowan and Rebecca Hansen both worked far beyond the remit of their company to extricate us from a dreadful arrangement with our electricity and gas supplier (Valda Energy - do not use this supplier). We had endured 6 months of trying to get out of a non-existent pay on demand contract with the energy supplier (including failing with another utility bidder who just gave up) and these wonderful ladies at Trility were able to hold that supplier to account with forensic attention to detail. They were always quick to engage with us and seemed to take our situation personally. Could not be happier with their service, commitment and indeed the outcome thanks to their hardwork and dedication.

As a business, we normally do not like dealing with energy companies or brokers, as I find them confusing and pushy!, however David Tweddle from Tritility, was helpful and responsive to our questions, and certainly not pushy, so gave them our business, we have also asked for pricing for our electricity which is due in June. As a business owner and about to renew my electricity contracts, I was contacted by Tritility and intially everything seemed fine except the guy I was dealing with was a bit pushy. He made out that the rates were really good so I proceeded with the contracts, shortly afterwards I discovered I had been quoted 10p more per unit than the current market contract price. Don't make the same mistake I did, try another broker like EcoSave.

I was persuaded into signing a five(!) year contract, being promised that this was the best option and that if prices drop, my contract will reflect that so I hold no risk signing the contract. I am now stuck paying 3 times what I was paying! They sounded so in the know however were just trying to rip me out of my money!!!
