The customer service people were well spoken and Very Friendly. I was saying this will probably be the last tree I buy (because of my age) and I was hoping it would be what I was hoping for. The CS gave me his opinion and felt it might be a good pick. I appreciated that. The look of it online and the price being what I could afford made me go with it. Trust me I researched many sites before buying this tree. As I fluffed per directions, I was worried at first but as I was finishing, I was smiling :O)). It's PERECT! Thank You Treetime!

I bought 4, 3 in 1 Radiant Blast Lights. I like the different flash speeds. I only wish they were made to plug in as a string, so you only need to plug in one to an outlet instead of each one.

I was able to find what I was looking for easily. I did have questions, and Marsha at Treetime helped me out. I purchased the rolling duffel storage bag for a tree I own. The bag is made of thick, durable fabric, has sturdy stitching, zippers and straps. It even has a spot for a label. It was easy to load our 7.5 ft. tree into the bag and secure it, using the instructions given. My husband and I were thrilled with how easy it was to pull with the sturdy handle to roll & carry to its storage spot. So much easier than storing the tree in the box it came in. I/we are very pleased with this bag and plan to buy another for our smaller tree.

Bought the 7’ Arrow Spruce as we recently downsized to a small cottage in a retirement community. We wanted a tree that would take up little space to store. We also wanted a tree with a real presence - not a small table top tree. This tree was the perfect choice. It came within 5 days, packaged well, and easy to assemble.
No complaints. Everything was packaged well, arrived on time and what was expected.
The small boxwood plant is a cheerful addition to brighten up a darker spot. It is beautiful.

The bag was to small although advertised for a 7.5 to 11 ft tree. Ours was 7.5…we had to fight the bag to get the tree settled in. Further, it had only one handle at one end!!! What’s that about?..
Even 2 months after Christmas, their customer service was fantastic. The selection was still really good and the sale price was excellent. Shipping was super fast. We assembled the tree and tried all the different settings. So far so good. With a 3-season warranty, I am confident this will be a great purchase.
