Both my sisters have owned your trees and I decided to order when you had a 4' one on sale. I was so excited when I paid by cc and it said it was ready to ship. Then I got a call from a rep who said they did not have anymore and they wouldn't be making that size anymore. I almost started crying as I gave our other fake tree away! I let the woman know how upset I was and begged her to find one for me. She said, 'Goodbye'. About 5 days later I got an email again saying it was ready to ship??? I thought they had not removed my paperwork. But to my great joy; I found the tree boxed on my front porch a number of days later...it was like a late Christmas gift 💝. Please extend my gratitude to your office and I believe the woman who called me went the extra mile to locate a tree for me...can't wait til next Christmas 🎄. Thank you!!! The tree arrived very quickly! I must admit, when I assembled it, I thought I had just made a huge mistake purchasing an artificial tree. It was terrible looking, but fortunately, my future daughter-in-law arrived to save the day and stopped me from putting it back in the box to return to sender. (This is my first artificial tree in 65 years, AND I live where Christmas tree farms are in abundance.) What I did not know was that this tree needed to be ‘fluffed’. I didn’t even know what that meant, lol! - My dear future dil proceeded to fluff the tree and, WOW!!! - It is not only beautiful, but it is a pure DREAM for someone with OCD!! - What a joy to be able to easily place your ornaments wherever you’d like with just a bend of a twig! And, no scratchy arms, no sap to get on ya, no watering, and no needles to clean up!!! - I purchased the unlit Victorian as I am quite OCD on lighting placement. - Never in a million years did I think I would be sold on an artificial tree, but I do believe this tree is going to outlive me! - Yes, it is pricey, but when you consider how long this will last, it’ll pay for itself soon enough. - I did purchase the rotating stand but did not realize the tree came with a stationary one which I used. I may try the rotating stand next year. - All in all, this tree was really perfect.

I ordered replacement lights for my 12 foot tree, which I do annually to keep everything working properly. The replacement bulbs shipped quickly, arrived in good condition and on time.

I got the tree pretty quickly. It was not too hard to put up. There are lots of lights and the tree looks fairly real! I am 73 so I bought the 5 ft tree to make it easier for me to decorate. It is going to be wonderful to have all the lights already on the tree each year. Putting on lights was always the hardest. And the lights are easy to plug in and I love all the different lighting possibilities!

The first tree we ordered was out of stock, but we were able to find a comparable tree for about the same price and re-ordered.The tree and bag arrived in good order and were undamaged. We checked the lights and all worked. We are looking forward next Christmas to enjoy it.

we just opened the box today, looked at the very plastic branches and and closed the box again to ship it back to you
