I had such high hopes for this tree. I was looking for a realistic tree that was unlit. The tree shape was fabulous. I was annoyed that there is an obvious top and bottom to the PE needles. I was heartbroken to find that the string/twine on nearly every branch was already beginning to unravel. It was worse than my 20-year-old Home Depot tree, but I would have made it work. However, once put together, Section C looked as if it was from a completely different tree. Customer service advised me that the tree was made sparse on purpose. This would have been acceptable however, there was only one section that didn't look right and NO amount of ornaments would fill in the gaps. Also, don't be fooled by the "free shipping". They are making money or at the very least, not losing it on shipping. Especially when shipping the unusable tree back costs the consumer nearly $200.00. At the very least, they could use their corporate account and provide you with a discounted shipping rate. My tree was set up and fully fluffed. There really should be the option to add pics. Anyone who has seen the pic agrees that it was unacceptable. Go to my Google Review.

This is my second Christmas tree purchase. My first was a 5' tree and the second 6.5'. Tree looks real and I love the LED lights, remote control lighting, and easy assembly. Thanks!

I thought the tree was delivered fairly quickly. It wasn’t quite as full as the picture on your site but I think once it’s decorated it will be fine.

Take the time to set up the tree and fluff all the branches before deciding if you like it. I almost sent it back after opening the box because my first impression was not a good one. Now that the tree is up it is beautiful and realistic. Just what we were looking for!

Arrived on time. Easy to assemble. Multiple lighting options are nice. Looks to be easy to store. Recommend saving box.

Delivery right on time

I purchased a 7.5 blue spruce 4 years ago. The first year it was beautiful. The next few years more bulbs burned out. This year 100% of the bulbs don’t work. I reached out and was told it would be $350 to fix the lights. I decided to replace the strands. Which has been a nightmare. I had assumed a $1000 tree would last longer than 5 years. To say I am frustrated is an understatement

Ordering was very easy on there website and the tree arrived exactly when it was supposed to. Absolutely would order from again.

The tree is nice but had one tree branch that droops and won’t stay up. Not enough to send it back, but didn’t get much satisfaction from customer service. Thought maybe I would at least get some discount. Never heard back from them after the first time.
