Ordered a Christmas tree in August and the website said nothing about shipping my tree until November. The customer service rep told me “we updated the website with this information after you placed your order”. I hope the tree gets here in time for Christmas.

This was my first and last purchase from Treetime. I purchased what was supposed to be one of their most realistic trees. After following the instructions on their video on how to assemble the tree, the center pole was glaringly visible! When I called customer service to inform them of this fact, I was told that once the tree is trimmed, the ornaments will correct the issue. I’m sorry, but in my opinion, this response was beyond unacceptable! I not only made the mistake of buying anything from Treetime, I also did not read their return policy! Return shipping fees are the consumer’s responsibility. I paid $689 and was refunded $625. That’s $64 in shipping fees. Oh and by the way, unless you want to incur an additional $10, or so, be prepared to have to lug the tree to FedEx yourself. Do yourself a favor and shop anywhere else!

This is a very nice Christmas tree. It's quite sturdy, fluffy and realistic looking. There is zero odor to this product. The shipping was fast. We got a good sale price and the tree arrived in perfect condition.
I’ve ordered 2 trees and extra light bulbs from Treetime and have been very happy with all of my orders. The trees are beautiful and much easier to set up than my old heavy tree. The storage bags are sturdy and have wheels on the bottom to make transport much easier. Customer service is very friendly and helpful if you ever need them. Highly recommend this company!

I ordered the Light Keeper incandescent light tool and it worked amazingly well. It was great to be able to test bulbs and I was able to fix several strands of mini lights. A bit time consuming but worth it to me.
I took one section of my tree to get some fallen branches fixed and Eddie fixed them in five minutes and showed me how to do it myself if it happens again. Saved me a trip to pick it up. He was great!
Wonderful tree! Big, full and very real looking! Was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful it was, and held my heavier ornaments. I will say it took some serious time to set up for the first time, big tree, get comfortable and maybe grab a glass of wine or two 😁

The folks at tree time were kind and shipped out my order quickly. Unfortunately, the tree arrived extremely crooked with hanging wires. Not the end of the world, but not the quality I was expecting for the price. The return label was easy peasy to acquire, but a full credit was not extended. As it was a quality issue, I would have expected a full refund. I ordered a tree from another well known company, the tree came quickly and was perfect.
I ordered a sectional trunk piece for the bottom of my existing tree. It came in good time but I had to put my tree up without it due to time constraints. Just tried it now and it works perfectly. Next year if I want, I can put up a two piece tree and leave the bottom section off.
