I bought I bought a tree, and was able to get it in the exact size to fit the area that I had. The tree was full and life like as my old tree.

Is not as represented; Does not look like photo - lights are not evenly arranged (and can not be rearranged) There are large holes between branches exposing pole Tree is much more narrow than shown in picture. This is very disappointing. we ordered a tree from you some years ago and were very pleased with it.

The tree is absolutely beautiful! It is so realistic. I purposefully purchased a tree that reviewers commented that the trunk would still be visible even when decorated. It is perfect for us. I have some large crystal ornaments and this tree accomodates them perfectly. We have always cut our own tree, and I miss that, but this tree from Treetime is as beautiful as any real tree that we have had and I don't have to crawl under it to water it.

Tree arrived when expected

The tree I received was great... except for the pre-strung lights. It's not even that the lights themselves were junk (which they were). Its that they were wound so tightly around each branch that the tree was impossible to shape with them strung through it. It might as well have been in a fishing net. Treetime go to lengths in their shaping video to show how you should pull the branches apart to create a natural shape... how you're supposed to do that with wire wrapping them together is something not covered. I'd assume because its not intended. There was nothing for it aside from cutting them all out. Which I did. You might ask why I didn't just buy a tree that wasn't pre-lit. Well, I'd have liked to. One wasn't available and I honestly didn't expect lighting to be this bad. I gave it a shot. The tree itself is great and is an excellent product. But I'd suggest the company forego offering to light the trees. The wiring job was just plain bad and as I stated before, the lights themselves were cheap LEDs that I frankly wouldn't have paid a dollar for. Just a waste all the way around. Again, great tree. Bad wiring, bad lights.

When I placed my order the Wreaths were on sale but I didnt get a discount on my 3 wreaths

I decided that it was time to downsize this year. I purchased the 4.5' tree so that I could set it up myself. It was so easy and the tree looks beautiful. So happy with it.

My wife and I love the tree. It is all that we hoped for.

The tree is pretty but it was smaller than I anticipated. I feel like it was too much money for what I got.

My first experience with them was ordering something last month for my Christmas tree. I had a problem tracking the delivery, so I called them. The nicest man answered the phone, and answered my question right away. The product arrived as scheduled, and the product was just what I expected. I highly recommend this company, and the gentleman I spoke to made my day; he was so friendly and nice!

We have always put real wreaths on our windows for over 25 years. It got to be expensive. So we bought some fake wreaths 2 years ago. They looked terrible on our 200+ year old house. So we searched for the perfect wreaths. And you had them! We bought 9 (all you had left!) and the house looks amazing!!!!

Found a beautiful clearance LED tree and are blown away by how beautiful it is! Customer service and shipping were easy and quick!

Trees arrived on time and are beautiful; all decorated now. Easy to assemble and ability to change colors on lights is awesome! This is my first purchase from your company; would highly recommend. Only complaint is the top branches will not hold a lot of toppers. If they could be made more stiff to holder heaver toppers.

The tree is exactly as advertised, was packaged very well, and arrived on time. This Christmas tree hangs on the wall, and is the perfect space saver for any small apartment. I love it!

I can't get a return put through I've written and nobody will put a return through. I didn't like my tree. Once they realize I want a refund, I don't hear back I followed return protocol !!!
