Parcel still not delivered
parcels lost on two separate occasions. no explanation whatsoever as to where parcels might be. Transglobal pointing fingers at DPD. sent 3 boxes to jersey, only 2 arrived. Sent parcel to customer, EVRI tracking shows damaged parcel, however no one seems to know where the damaged goods are. Sent a different parcel, they sent me back an open box without the goods. Thieves, is the word that comes to mind thinking of this company. Avoid like the plague! Will ruin your business your reputation and all that you stand for.

Dreadful company. Lose a parcel which was posted from the UK to the USA. Refuse my claim as I was a day over 30 days raising the claim. The only reason for that is my customer only made me aware of this when raising a claim on ebay which I have had to refund. I have just made my last transaction with them!!
customer services, were very quick and helpful, highly recommended. Drivers very efficient and again very helpful, informed every step of the way.

After using Transglobal Express for a couple of years now I have only good things to say about this company. Just recently we have just had an issue with a missing parcel in Germany and Naomi in customer services was easy to contact and dealt with the issue very quickly.
Glass on picture frame and frame smashed. Unique painting damaged by box 5 being opened and items thrown back in. Crystal whiskey tumbler smashed. No explanation as to why one box was opened.
Such a smooth easy company to work with! I started using Transglobal during the Royal Mail hack and for my international postage i havent gone back! The pricing is so good for my items but its the speed of orders, the easy ability to track and also there customer service is excellent and everything i've needed help with has been dealt with so quickly! Much prefer them to RM, highly recommend.

You have made my life so easy with the shipping service and hugely reliable. Your customer service team are very prompt in dealing with issues and concerns and you collection driver (someone new, not sure what his name is) is always pleasant and cheery. Also our previous driver 'Chris' was also amazing
I shipped a package to France on Nov 30th. Today is Jan 9th and the parcel has not only not arrived yet, but they can’t figure out where it is. 40 days after shipping it I got asked to supply detailed visual description of the package and contents. That is after I contacted them four times (first time Dec 13th - nearly a month ago!) in which I was lied and told conflicting and plainly wrong information. All while dealing with rude unprofessional agents who never follow on their previous messages. Basically these people are great when there are no issues but as soon as one arise they are totally incapable to deal with them. Keep that in mind if using their services. Plenty of better options around.
Very few issues. Very good customer service. Very good prices uk and worldwide. Driver always collects daily basis. Would highly recommend.

Best team ever and easy processing
Definitely the best agent we’ve used for our small business. Have been using over a couple of years now. Really can’t fault! Have a huge range of couriers and always comes up with a suitable price for my business . We use DHL through them mostly as a very good price. On the odd occasion things go wrong I.e parcel hasn’t been delivered and not in system (which is expected from time to time). We’ve been able to speak to someone within minutes and the parcel has always been located within a few days and delivered in good order. I’ve used others before and their service was far from this.
