Absolutely not worth the stress** Ordered goods (Feb 6th) and received no updates. Checked the site, where dispatch dates kept being changed. Order was listed as unfulfilled so I cancelled and bought elsewhere. Have had contact with one "Satish" guy and after a good thread of emails- no refund issued yet, due to "system glitches" First refund claim- March 2nd. It is now April 10th and still no refund. Spread the word because those green reviews are totally fake. **Note how they do not upload pictures, for there was no transation.
Received a highly valuable vintage… Received a highly valuable vintage collection figure completely wrecked, posted in an envelope yes an envelope, bubble and card are wrecked value lost on the card completely. I then tried to call them still no refund and no contact since 10th of March

My package arrived in perfect condition but when opened I noticed the kite was damaged in a way that could have only happened when the kite was being folded and packed in its case by an employee - the rod had been pushed back in and pierced the kite. The company suggested I should send it back AT MY EXPENSE! Or if I can find a local company (during lockdown and I live miles from anywhere) that I think could fix it then to get a quote and their manager might agree to pay it... completely impractical and ridiculous. The kite cost £200 and arrived damaged and I’m not satisfied with how they have handled this.
Still awaiting my sons birthday gift that was ordered over 4 weeks ago. I've emailed today for updates just to be told they have apparently lost it. How long they would have left me waiting to find this out I don't no but its now going to take another 15 to 20 days to arrive! Way to late for my sons birthday. Won't be ordering from them again and now going to have to wait and see how long it takes them to return my money!
