When my shipping details went live in the DHL tracker (11/12/20) I was surprised to see that a company called ToyCentral'UK' is shipping from New Hampshire, US. But fine. Time goes by and until Christmas is almost upon us, and as the order was a present I emailed CC for an update and to see if there was a problem. Like many here I received a standard reply basically stating the same info that I could already see in the DHL tracker. Several emails later, I've received no explanation beyond "in transit to destination country" since 19/12/20. I paid good money for a product that would have made someone very happy over Christmas but clearly ToyCentral'UK' don't care in the slightest about their customers.

Ordered a £223 item on 7th Dec 2020 Nothing has arrived its now the 11th Jan 2021 I have emailed the merchant and all they do is ask me to be patient and send me a DHL tracking link which has not been updated since the 17 Dec 2020. They will not chase the delivery up, ring DHL for me or issue a refund. The item is obviously lost. Opened a dispute with my card issuer (HSBC bank)

Ordered my great nephew a toy for Christmas, I placed the order early November and chased the order at the end of November to be told the item had been lost in transit and offering a refund or replacement. However they said the replacement would be more than 4 weeks to arrive. "I asked for the refund as wanted the toy in time for Christmas. I have chased the refund several times and generally get the same email reply which is copied below. Please accept our sincerest apologies for this inconvenience. I'm currently liaising with the relevant team and will update you shortly on the further status. We understand that this is not the kind of shopping experience you would have expected and we are committed to serving you in the best possible manner.  If there is anything else I can assist you with, please let me know and I would be happy to help. Thanks and regards,  Naila  WeCare Toyscentral" It says we care, I don't think so as you can't get toys to people for Christmas and you have taken my money (I am a retired person). I don't think you have any intentions of sending back the money. All you do is hide behind emails. I wish I could speak to you face to face as I don't care how hard faced you are I would be embarrassing you with what I have to say. Enjoy my hard earned money. The world would be a much better place without the likes of your sort. Just in case you feel guilty and want to sort this out the order number was Order UK-TC#2460

Toycentral is an excellent toy store there you can find the best for the smallest of the home, good attention and excellent discounts.

I am absolutely appalled by the customer service (or lack of!) recieved by this company. If anyone fancies trying to rectify the issue (shan’t hold my breath at this point) my orer number is UK-TC#2464. I placed an order on the 25th October. There was 0 communication after placing it and it then did not arrive until the 12th November. I (perhaps naively) assumed I’d have a gift receipt; as is more often than not the case, turns out Toys Central offer no such thing; not that this actually matters in this case, just worth people knowing. So the gift arrived and is wrapped up for my daughter for Christmas - it’s part of her main gift & cost in the region of £80. We go to use it on Boxing Day and the product is faulty - so my poor little 2 year old daughter doesn’t have her main gift! not a problem I think, we can get it refunded and get her something else... I send in an email because you can not get to speak to anyone on the phone. It says that they are experiencing high call volume so can’t take your call... but it says this all day long, I’ve tried probably nearing 100 times now and I’ve not got through once. It also asks you to leave a message so they will call you back. I’ve left several of these too and no one has bothered calling back.. Anyway I emailed, as suggested in the automated recording. I got a response the following day & a very unhelpful lady told me nothing could be done because I’m outside of the 10 day return period. The 10 day return period is null and void because the item is BROKEN. I work in retail myself and know my rights.. and as I’m returning it because it’s faulty the 10 day return period is irrelevant. I explained this to the person - to be specific, someone called Chaitalee M & since then I have been completely ignored Have sent 4 emails since then and not one has had a response. So my current situation is having a 2 year old who can’t understand why Santa bought her something that is broken. We have very little money so to lose out on such a significant amount really isn’t ideal & there is no way we can afford to replace this for her. We can’t sell the item of course as it’s faulty - so to summarise bloody avoid this company like the plague! I wish I’d have read the comments on here first because it seems this is a regular occurrence. I also find it very interesting reading through the positive reviews this company have received - all appear to be fake! & lots come in around the time of a bad review 🤔 Edit: someone called Lavina contacted me regarding the bad review and escalated it internally. I was then told on this occasion as a ‘goodwill gesture’ they would have the item back - which really enraged me because it’s not a gesture of goodwill it’s the LAW when a product is faulty. Anyway I was asked to return the item to the US, when I’ve then asked for a U.K. returns address (as I purchased from toys central U.K.), I have been completey ignored since & have had no reply for a fortnight so this clearly isn’t getting resolved & I’m seriously out of pocket.

I always buy toys for my kids from this store, their toys are really various, quality and always offer me the reasonable price. They always delivery on time and exact products which I ordered on their website. I highly recommend this store if you want to buy some toys for your children.

First of all the website is very organized and very user friendly especially for beginner or costumers that are new to the site. Second is the product quality because the products are very authentic and very recommendable. I really love also that customer service it's a great help especially for those who have questions. Over all excellent! I will buy more.

This online store is excellent. They offer a great variety of toys and stuff to give as a gift with excellent quality, I bought some toys for christmas and they arrived on time without any problems.

I am only giving 1 star as it is not possible to leave zero. An absolutely shocking company AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!! I was so glad to find what I was looking for that stupidly I did not check for reviews. Was this wrong only just seeing these reviews now, kicking myself! Over 3 months later, just under £300 spent and shocking responses from the company. I have been told that my order was "lost" and will now be refunded. Still no refund and over a week later. I have now put a claim in with my credit card company in hopes of actually getting a refund. Not going to be this side of Christmas now but maybe it might actually happen.

I confess that I am not in favor of buying toys online, however, when I found this website I was able to totally change my perspective. It is very good in terms of the variety of toys they offer, as they are not only for young children, but also for adults. I recommend this page!

Very flexible with regards to delivery schedule. The shop/site has the ability to meet the scheduled delivery time. The quality of the toys is excellent upon delivery. Packaging is good! Overall, I am satisfied with shipping speed. Highly recommended!
