When I contacted the company about the mistake, they told me to return the item to USA address which cost extremely high. I guess they are trying you not to return the item and so they keep the full amount which you paid for a wooden set. Keep away from the company if you do not face disappointments.

I ordered toys here before, it is of good quality nevertheless but I think it would be great to add more into it to put more variety for the store. I suggest to put more toys and other stuffs that caters the needs of children. Overall, I am satisfied with what I got for my nephew but I do hope for improvements in supplying more varied toys and stuffs. I hope this helps, Thanks!

Just had an amazing purchase for my sons. I really like the range of toys that they have in every age category and I didn't have to go through different stores. I ordered for my 5 years old and 3 years old children. I also liked the convenient process and very secure payment method. The shipping was fast as well. Ordered a chess set for my daughter for Christmas. It arrived 3 weeks late. This was after constant chasing and getting no sense from their customer service. When it arrived the quality was very very poor as the pieces had not been finished or polished and most likely it was so bad you would get splinters using it. They agreed to refund me, but insisted that I should pay for both outbound shipping and the return to and from the US. You might get lucky and everything is fine but don’t expect help if you have a problem.
