Buyer beware!!!!!! Total scam!!!!! I placed an order on 24th May....17th June got an email it was dispatched.....26th July STILL hasn’t arrived and company can not provide tracking info and won’t issue a refund!!!!! Total scam!!!!!! Do NOT give this company your money!!!!!!!
Absolute disgusting criminal pigs, please do not EVER buy anything from this seller. It has been months and I have had to chase up my product that never arrived. Eventually got a reply apologising, advising that my product has been lost on transit and a refund will be issued. Never heard from them again, have had to constantly chase them up myself. Now they are telling me I have to go through 'stripe'for my refund. They had never mentioned this before and when they did in my last email they did not offer me any insight into who stripe are or any contact details for them. Someone called SWAPNA has been emailing me and I dont even think thos person is real. I am taking legal action and I suggest anyone else who has dealt with them do the same as they are essentially stealing money from people and also committing Freud by pretending to be a UK company. This cannot continue and I will fight tooth and nail to bring them to justice.
Ordered an item over £230.00 never got any email to confirm dispatch. Tried to contact by email, kept bouncing back. Phone goes straight to voicemail. Seems to be a scam. Thankfully my bank managed to reverse the transaction.

I must have googled a different toy central when I was looking for reviews on this company. Had I have seen these shocking reviews I would never have brought anything. I purchased and Item in April £96 every email was an excuse about Covid and delivery from america blah blah blah I have been told I will receive refund twice now since June and no refund. Absolutely disgusting and if we can get the company shut down lets do this.
Like a previous customer I would give this 0* I ordered a board game in April during lockdown. Never received despite countless emails back and forth with excuses about supplier demand etc. I eventually asked for a refund and have had no correspondence since. I looked on here and saw countless reviews that there is a FRAUDULENT site pretending to be Toy Central. Shocking!!! I have never been scammed before .... always checking URL etc however they have scammed me to the tune of £50. I got in touch with my bank... yes I paid with my debit card!! Barclays Bank have now refunded my money! Anyone that has been scammed by this company ... get in touch with your bank. They will refund you any money lost! Please beware people!!!
I would give them zero stars if I could! I ordered a toy in May for my son's birthday and paid over £60. In June it still hadn't arrived so I emailed them to see what was going on. They blamed the virus for the delay and said to expect delivery in 7-10 days. Nothing arrived. I went looking for this toy yesterday because I read these reviews the night before and knew these scammers wouldn't be sending it, only to be told that this toy has been discontinued so I am now unable to get it. Now 3 weeks from I last had contact, I emailed them again and the email address they were using didn't work. I went onto their site and was able to leave a message through there demanding a full refund or I would be reporting them as a scam and have them shut down. I just recieved an email from a different email address as before saying my message has been sent to the correct department. So we will wait and see. Absolute gutter rats for doing this to children, my son was so excited for his toy, its part of his collection. Every time a van drove into our yard he thought it was here. I had to tell him it wasn't coming, he is so upset. I will edit this if I get my refund. Edit: So the toy actually come. I had ordered model farm machinary. I am more angry at myself for buying such crap. It is 1/4 of the size I expected it to be and made of plastic instead of metal. It does state the size in the add though. But as 1/64 of actual machinary size, I some how feel cheated and it does not justify the £60 price tag but I want no more dealings with this disgrace of a company, so will just keep it.
Keep emailing them, tell them you know they are based in India and it’s a scam. I got my refund in the end

SCAM. Ordered a butterfly house months ago and still not arrived. Got an email in broken English from an Indian email saying would be dispatched in 7 -10 days. Still no sight of it or any refund. Do not use this site. Needs taking off the google shopping link.
Products ordered in April, haven't arrived yet. The site is actually shipping the products from outside Europe. I have asked for a refund a month ago, despite 5-6 emails, I got only one reply saying my request will be forwarded to the right department. Poor customer service. And probably not much honesty is dealing with customers. I don't have much hopes to get my money back.
Ordered an item 2 months ago and still not received, been fobbed off for 3 weeks now and still getting nowhere. Wish I’d seen these reviews before I bought something with them. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS!
I ordered some monkey bars to add to a climbing frame I am making for my child's birthday. Initially it seemed legitimate as the price for that particular item was reasonable. After I didn't hear anything for a week I googled the company and found the reviews on here which made me worried. I tried to contact them but as others have said there is no way to speak to an advisor on the phone and you have to leave a voicemail. I emailed the company and got a reply several days later saying that they would be in touch when my item was in the UK. Today is the delivery deadline they set out in their reply and needless to say I have had no update on my item. I do not believe that my item will ever arrive as they are clearly a scam. I am now nearly £60 out of pocket and face disappointing my child on their birthday which is difficult enough in a pandemic. I have reported Toyscentral UK to my bank and emailed asking for a full refund. I will edit this should I receive a refund.
Im just here to tell you how this site is a big scam they are literally giving unbelievable price for example a model kit you can buy for around £18-20 they give you a price of £600 Im not kidding you, thats x30 time the retail price.Please dont buy from this place
Avoid this company! I thought I was buying 12 Fisher Price cars (as shown in the picture) for £37 (including P&P) only to discover in the description that i was buying a small plastic toy car for that amount! I called to cancel the order but you can't speak to a real person, only leave a voicemail and nobody ever calls you back. I emailed as well and eventually got an email response which ignored my cancellation request and just advised me that the product would be with me in July. I knew that! I didn't want it. I wanted the order cancelled! I don't know if they had poor English or just chose to ignore me but I've now checked the Toyscentral account (I had to sign up for an account) and it's been dispatched. They flat out ignored me. The product had misleading advertising and did not make it clear enough i was only buying one car. I'm just hoping now that i won't get the product. They are pretending to be a UK based company but the items are coming from the USA and I suspect their customer service team are in India. I usually research companies before I purchase goods from them but tired from looking after a one year old, I was just keen to get the cars which i was struggling to find anywhere. From now on I'll check every site and their reputation before throwing away £37 hard earned cash! They don't deserve one star. Zero from me! I'll edit this review and let you know if I receive the product. I imagine if I do it will be more hassle than its worth to return it! What a waste! Edit: they eventually said they'd cancel and refund the money and I'd get it in 10-12 working days. I didn't get it and emailed them and they said there had been a technical difficulty with the refund and that the parcel had been delivered. They offered me a 15% on any future purchases. What a kick in the teeth. Awful experience. Going to see if my credit card company can do a chargeback so I can try and get my money back.
Ordered a toy 12 weeks ago, my money taken instantly. Countless attempts to make contact, unanswered for weeks on end. It is SPAM. I should have known with the poor written responses.
Not worth the stress, please do not buy from this site. I spent nearly £100 on a present for my daughters birthday, the money was taken straight away. After 8 weeks I had still not received a dispatch email and my queries were being ignored. You cannot get through to the company on the phone. After 6 emails I had a response saying that the item was in transit and should be dispatched within a week. 3 weeks later and it is my daughters birthday, of course no dispatch email, no present, £100 down and feeling foolish to be a victim of a scam. Don’t be fooled
Please beware this is a scam business based in Mumbai, India! It has set itself up as Toyscentral UK a copy of the Toycentral business in the UK! 1 is (toy)central genuine and the (2) scam business is (Toys)central. They take your money straight away but no toys arrive! A slip n slide was ordered with the hot weather! I'm sure I'm not the only person to get caught! £73 was taken from my account! No email or any correspondence from them when contacted! Shame on them! Disgusting..
Bought something from them. They took my money immediately. After 10 days the item still hadn't been dispatched. I messaged inquiring about it, no response. I waited a day, then messaged saying I would like a refund, no response. I eventually got a refund, but only after I messaged a third time saying I believed the website was a scam. The money hasn't actually went into my account yet, so I guess we'll wait and see. I'm rating two stars because I eventually got a response out of them, which is a lot more than other people seem to have got. EDIT: I've got my money back, so at least there's that.
Do not buy anything from this company. IT IS A SCAM...!
