The service was of the standard that I would expect, the call centre is not UK based, which can be problematic, but in this instance wasn't. I ended up having to speak to 2 people at the call centre and both were helpful. The actions that they committed to were followed through.
I loved this product it was really nice quality exactly what I was looking for a bit pricey but well worth it since I couldn’t find what I was looking for anywhere else

Wow really can't believe this company is still going, most of the positive reviews are false or outside the UK, please save your money and use a proper company not one from India who will never send your item. Also the price's are ridiculous high, you will never receive your item, please save your money.

Terrible company!!!! Sent me a cheap 6 page pamphlet on agriculture in the United States instead of a £59 Oracle deck. No way of contacting them, email address does not exist, no UK phone numbers, DISGUSTING!!!!! Luckily my bank refunded me from these fraudsters... last time i ordered toys for my child and really appreciated their service. My products were well packaged and my toys were delivered within a short time. Customer service is well organized, so no problem with this site if you want to buy some things there especially toys.

I have a 2 years old baby girl, well, a toddler already. I love the stuff they have on this site. they have toys that are suitable for even the youngest ones until they reach the teen years. they have toys fro mall price ranges so money should not be an issue with them. delivery is quick, you get what you see on the site, I never had any problems with the products I purchased. I will continue to use this shop even after the pandemic is over and you can go to a regular brick and mortar shop.
It is an excellent store, it is very easy to handle, it offers a great variety of products, the shipping speed is impressive, I recommend them.
