We booked a 3 nights/4 days holiday break to Rodrigues for mother's day. We planned it at the last minute and booked it through ticketbox. We were well assisted and advised by the team. All the arrangements were promptly made; flight booking, hotel booking and transfers. Overall, I've liked ticketbox & would love to book my next.. However..it takes a lot of time to acknowledge a payment. You effected a huge payment by bank transfer or juice, so you expect a rapid service like "Hey there we have received your payment or we will revert back to you etc" Secondly, I've expected a full details of the package following confirmation of booking..I had to go & search about the package on ticketbox again and screenshot everything which is not too professional. Wish you all the best.

Dull website Section company, about us and our services the same writing and did not do an effort to engage in writing. their terms and conditions are sloppy. Clients section, Why choose us and our platform the same thing did not bother to write something attracting clients. They services, very bad, a live chat where they do not respond, email they do not check not bother to reply. advertising booking to say after words it is not available and will get a refund and refund will not be processed in time. overall experience, very and will never used their service again. Employees are not to be blamed but system of ticketbox.mu is to be blamed!
