It's the first time I used ticket box. I was positively surprised by the extend they r customer oriented. I did an online booking for a hotel. Few days after I got a call from ticked box (Reshma) to confirm the age of my kid. She advised me that one of my kid is an infant and is free if charge and I should not have booked for her. She too the effort to cancel my booking and rebooked and saved Rs 8000 for me, which she refunded as a gift voucher.. Woow that's pure dedication to make ur customer happy. Thank you.

Welll i to be honest this is my first time booking and i procrastinated this task till last secondes. The hotel i want to go for was already booked.Then reshma got into contact with me even if the deadline was tight she managed to find me a nice hotel also at a reasonable price and have no complaint against it 🥺which i really appreciate and was very responsive to me.
