The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting it. Staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great and perfect to celebrate my birthday. Excellent customer service from Reshma ! Whenever I needed something she were there for me. Thanks a lots reshma. Fantastic company. Reshma was awesome, great customer service, knowledgeable, great personality. I will come back again soon to book another hotel. We booked at Tamassa in March 2021, thru Ticketbox, a few days before lockdown. Hence we had to wait till September to check in at the hotel. Reshma at Ticketbox made all the arrangements for us. Our stay was delightful!! No stress, no worries. The room was perfect!! We loved it!! Thank you loads Reshma!! Ticketbox is our new favourite operator!

Booked a package last weekend for my team. Must say the service was exceptional. Communication was via whatsapp agent was friendly and efficient.
