I attended the Shreya Ghoshal's concert in Mauritius and all the bookings were done by Ticketbox. The services they provided when i was buying the ticket and then on the concert was impeccable. All the staff was really nice and very professional. I had a great time there.
Reshma was exceptionally brilliant! She was very patient and guided me through the website to buy my ticket online. She was very knowledgeable about her product… meaning the website and even went through extra mile of booking my seat for me as I had to restart my computer in case I lost the seats I wanted. It’s very rare to get such great services and someone so knowledgeable about their products or webpage… I fully recommend dealing with Reshma if you ever encounter any issue regarding your online bookings for anything.. she’s very polite and so patient.
