I bought 3 tickets 🎟 from ticketbox.mu, and the website is very user friendly, easy to navigate and easy to book any tickets for any event. Even i needed some more information via WhatsApp and excellent assistance was given to me. Professional and excellent team.
Why I gave 4 stars? 1) Amazing deal only on ticketbox.mu! 2) Although after office hours, Mrs. Vanessa took my call & attended my query. 3) Even after having booking & proceeded for 2 rooms, Mrs. Vanessa allowed me to change occupancy. We used the live chat to make things work! 4) Room allocated was better than expected. Had a sea view room with access very close to the main restaurant & Lobby bar! Why I didn't gave 5 star? To be honest, I have always booked from another competitor. Plz review your website design & content if you want to attract more customers.
