Excellent experience

Had to plan a last minute stay at a hotel but everywhere seems to be booked. Thankfully, while scrolling down Insta, I found a post about Ticketbox.mu, which provide booking services among others. In a matter of second, I got in contact with the team and they were already negotiating with hotels. The next day, I got the ticket booked and ready to go, with no effort. I want to point out that, the service which was offered by Ticketbox.mu was excellent.

The whole booking experience was seamless and hassle-free. Information on the platform is uncluttered and geared towards greater ease of use. Also, there were plenty of bargains and interesting deals to choose from. Wouldn't look anywhere else for my travel needs in Mauritius!

We had a great stay at Tamassa hotel. Reshma was our contact person. She was very supportive and helpful. She's great in her job and helpful with all my queries. Thnx to the team at Ticketbox.keep it up. Everything was awesome , the food, the rooms and the covid measures in place. Hotel is high standard and well maintained.
