My family and I decided to stay at a hotel at the last minute on a public Holiday. I called at ticketbox.mu and they assisted me throughout my online check in. They did their best and eventually I was able to stay in a hotel the same day. Cherry on the cake ; my mum who also accompanied my wife and son got a connecting room beside our room even though it was a last minute booking. What a sense of professionalism!
