Never received the item i purchased. When contacted customer services was told i had refused delivery from FedEx which was clearly a lie as i requested the item to be delivered to a pick up point and had an email conformation from the FedEx. I requested a refund and was told by customer services i would have to wait for a refund until the item was returned back to them from FedEx. WHY!!! i never received the item so its not me returning the item so why should i have to wait??? I have now had confirmation that the refund has gone through but still haven't received it. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company.

Just a small annoyance with the actual website, not being able to discard an item easily (edit the basket) but that could have been on my side and I am not taking anything away from the service.
