Trust the tech section! Needed some help with the more esoteric features of my underfloor heating setup. Took a while to get through as no answer from Customer Services. However took the tech route and Callum was brilliant. Took me through setting up and sent videos for back up. Moral of the story- get through to the tech section of any moderate sized company and they will always help - and often go the extra mile. So 5 for Callum but no response from Customer Service hence dropped star (sure they would be just as nice if you got through though) Friendly company would say. Thanks

I called the underfloor Heating store a while back and found the service from Joe to be spot on. He got back to promptly when I asked a simple question but one which I needed guidance on . I would highly recommend this company!! Keep your the good work guys!!

Phone took a little to long to answer but once i got through to the tec engineer they where very helpful and knowledgeable.

Brilliant experience with the under floor heating store. Joe in Tech was really helpful in helping me connect my thermostat to the wifi. I haven't had an issue with my order or any previous ones ive made. Would 100% recommend!

Placed order with them only to realise it is the same business as underfloor heating direct. To my disgust the only difference other than almost double the price , was a sleeve the mat came in. So I basically paid double for some packaging. I will be reporting them to ASA. I can see I’m not the only one to have misled, so I would recommend checking their sister sites before you pay twice for the same thing.

So called 'kit' would have been cheaper if I had purchased the components separately. The seemingly permanent 'sales' and 'clearance' prices are a gimmick. Shop around online and you'll find that they are overpriced - even compared to 'other' sellers who apparently operate from same address as them!

The website was easy to use and the information available was very helpful. Ordering was simple and the order was delivered quickly and on time.

Ordered on Saturday lunchtime, goods arrived 10:30am on Monday morning. Not installed the UFH yet

Really good customer service. Answer the phone quickly and have all the answers to my questions. They also processed a refund after the 30 day window which they were not obligated to do.

Expert advice given over the phone helped me find a replacement part on their website in minutes . Placed the order about 3.55pm and they still got it to me next day. Impressive. Fitted part and it worked straight away - perfect. Made a difficult job easy - thankyou.

Self levelling compound turned up with a bag split, which was replaced free of charge, but the area calculator on the website is way off for area and depth needed. Bought 11 bags for area needed at 5mm depth and was nowhere near enough needed to get over the underfloor heat matting installed. Had to buy another 15 bags from else where to get the job covered and levelled sufficiently.

Very helpful on telephone. So great to be able to speak to a real person!!
