I ordered a seagrass runner online, but rang to ask how to ensure the weave went in the direction I wanted. Very quicly I was sent photos for confirmation and the matting also arrived quickly, very well packaged, and exactly as ordered. It is robust, the binding is well done, and all together I am very satisfied with it and with the service I received.
